Our HOA is VOLUNTARY!
A voluntary HOA provides all the great benefits of an HOA without the micromanagement. In Hickory Hill you'll never be told you have to join your HOA or you have to pay high annual dues. You'll never have to worry about Cheryl driving by in a golf cart and citing you for painting your house lime green. Our organization has one focus and that's uniting our residents with a sense of community. Dues are used to maintain pride of ownership in common areas, host events, contests, and increase communication between neighbors.
